I've been a member with them for a few years. I've only had 2 products to test in that time. The other problem I have with them is that a lot of their questions don't have a not applicable or none option, so you have to leave blanks, and then it says that the profile isn't complete. I've emailed them in the past about this, but nothing seems to have been done about it.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I've done this for years too and not been burgled so far!

However you don't get rewards for doing the trials, I don't know where that idea came from, you just get to keep and use the products they send you. I'm using a mascara I was sent a few weeks ago but it's still going strong even though the trial has finished.

Most of the products are so-so but I did have a lovely handcream, when I asked what it was so I could buy it, there was absolutely no response. The profile questions they ask are annoying as sometimes there is no appropriate box to pick, but it doesn't seem to stop me from getting trials, I've had a good few over the years.

If they could just improve their communication (take a leaf out of Royal Mail Survey Kantar's book and employ someone like Joanne) they would be good to work with.
  • yeah I used it in the UK they have more over there, but according to their facebook page there is a suncare trial coming up

 What really annoys me I am supposed to be trialling a face moisturiser at the moment, problem is it hasn't arrived.
I have sent 3 emails asking them to check and advise but no reply. Today I received a reminder that the first part of the q'aire should have been completed yesterday, their clients expect us to be punctual, yet CLIX don't even provide a phone number anywhere to let them know when there's a problem.
Their communication is POOR. They want the best from us - their product testers. I expect the same from them.:(

I also signed up with them a few years ago but have only ever tested one thing, a hand scrub a couple of years ago. Nothing since, I have had invites to join a trial but it's always full so I end up missing out! Haven't heard from them in a while though and Iv'e never been robbed!

This happened to me as well, the face cream arrived today and it smells really strong. My trial name is OR25198, if you've got the same, any ideas what brand this is?

I've been with them for at least 6 months and have tested about 3 things in that time. An eye cream, a skin toner and I forgot what the other was. A few times I've been asked to fill in a questionnaire with no product even. Also their offered trials fill up so quickly they are gone before you get a chance to say yes.
The products I remember were both very good and generous so frustrating not to know what they were though. I'd have definitely bought the toner.
