As above, my mum wants a new contract for a tenner a month as she doesn't need many minutes or texts. Has anyone seen any free gifts being offered on £10pm contracts?

You can get a choice of phones at vodafone on £10pm (100 mins 500 txts iirc), and you can get £90 from quidco, on a 24 month contract.
You're not likely to get any high value gifts as the contract only amounts to £240, so with a phone + txt + mins, knocking it down to an effective £150 for 2 years seems pretty good.
