Replacement mobile phone battery for Nokia

Apart from going to Nokia direct, where is the best place to buy a nokia replacement battery for a nokia 6300?

As i know there are a lot of counterfeits and dodgy batterys/suppliers out there?

Best to go to Nokia if you want an original replacement.

Ebay is you friend!

When I get a new mobile I always go on Ebay to buy a car charger, a second charger to keep at work and also a spare battery! Its my pet hate to run out of battery power!

Borders I am sure some of the traders on ebay are selling good stuff but how do you tell the difference between them and the bad ones
I have just taken a chance with one of the sellers that take in batteries on return phones from the networks and sell them on cheaper therefore you can get a nokia battery at a more reasonable price. Fingers crossed.

even the generic batteries will probably be ok, but why not email and ask if it is a genuine nokia spare? also check out their feedback for clues as to reliability.

Why the need for it to be a nokia spare? There are non brand name ones which are compatible. Surely they will be just as good. Thats my experience anyways.
