I've been a customer of theirs for over 2 years. I've recently changed over to their new free broadband forever offer.
Before this, I enjoyed a consistent 1 meg connection to the internet with zero hassles....since changing over I'm lucky if the connection stays on for more than 30 mins...The call centre for broadband is in india (ive phoned twice in the last week and they told me to phone back as they can't log a fault as the services are down!) and i've phoned the technical support line (at 10p a min for a total of 24 mins without speaking to anyone)
my advice...wait until they've cleared up the problems as right now its a nightmare!
