The rich can afford to give offense wherever they go.
He has worked the system. There are probably many others like him.

btw. why is he selling? Is it a first step toward inheritance tax avoidance?

Probably to take his place as a Tory Property Lord with Kirsty in the House of Lords

The man totally lacks any integrity and tbh in my opinion he has no idea of the state of the economy.

QUOTE: "What will happen in February 2010 the smaller the house the greater the increase in value will be".......Bollox will it.

Banks are still very cautious at lending and FTB ers, who will be buying these "smaller houses" need larger deposits to buy them, which will take most of them 2-3 years(unless banks start lending 100%).

That together with peoples lack of confidence with regards to employment will stall the market...........

Fungus Wilson is a Parasite (feeding off the communities where he buys).

"Poor people buy flats"........and to think he was a teacher. If my children had been taught by him I'd be looking into legal action for corrupting young minds......

"Poor people live in flats. When I was poor I lived in a flat. Poor people live in flats because they can't afford houses" and he goes on and on........

Their portfolio of properties is understood to have a price tag of £180m, with around £45m of debt against it. Of course, they still have to find a buyer for what is a collection of mostly two- and three-bed homes, and in today's market that won't be easy. But if they do they should make it into the Sunday Times Rich List with a fortune in excess of £100m.

    Exactly
And since they haven't actually made a product, or improved anybody's quality of life, where has that £100m come from? The tenants who have been screwed for as much as the Wilsons could get out of them, and the FTBs in the area who've had to pay over the odds (thus increasing HPI even further) because the Wilsons had distorted the market. So the size of the Wilsons' success doesn't endear them to most people.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Your correct and he is hardly going to say he believes prices will fall when he is trying to sell 900 flats. He is in enough finiancial dodo with out shooting himself in the foot.
