Help Needed - Cant Pay My Mobile Phone Bill with Orange :(
Hi all
First of all I am not going to ask you to pay my mobile phone bill with Orange, dont worry
. It's not extremely huge amount - about 110 pounds, but due to other financial commitment I cant pay this amount in one go.
All I want to know is - what should I do? Do you think I should contact them and explain the situation? Do they have some sort of payment plan or any other help? I have been with them since last year and this is the first time ever that my bill went up that high. I'm also using their mobile broadband which is extremely good.
Any tips? Your help is much appreciated.

Yes, call them up and ask to split the payment. Worst thing you can do is just not make the payment at all.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Phone them up and explain the situation. Tell them you will pay as much as you can, but you may need to stop the DD and set it up again for next month, so be prepared that you may have to pay next month's bill a different way, and if so, they may charge for this. THey'd rather you got in touch and paid what you could rather than pay nowt** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

I do it all because I'm scared.

Ring them first and explain you want to setup a payment plan. You will probably suffer a default on your credit report if you miss any payments so do take that on board.
Don't just cancel the DD straight away. Do talk to them first.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
