unsolicited txt messeging xblox

Today recieved my vodafone mobile phone bill i was horrified to find 15 premium rate txt messeges at a cost of £15.50 i contacted vodafone - all i got off the operator was i would have to pay, but she did however give me the company name i allegedly subscribed too..
the company in question is xblox number the company txts on is
xblox 08712230000
xblox has had numerous complaints about the way they conduct business but it astounds me that this boogus lame comapny can still trade i have emailed phonepayplus(regulator) and i am awaiting a reply, has anybody got any advice on how to go about wording a reply to xblox without getting annoyed .. its friday 16th october 21.00 xblox offices open 9.00am monday morning any help would be greatly appreciated..

the company has been fined a great deal for exactly what i am complaining about yet they are still allowed to fraudulently obtain money from customers of various mobile fone companys0

Ring vodafone, ask for the fraud department and put your case to them.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
