I am like others and had a cancellation email yesterday and a dispatch email today! So confused now!!

Anybody who has had a dispatch email most certainly has a contract, I've spent a bit of time checking and by far the best resource I can find for this including case examples is here:

This is a resource I found yesterday by accident, and I think it clears up a lot of questions as to where the consumer stands when a price error is made and the order is cancelled at various stages of the process.


I also suspect that those who have recieved a dispatch email, will in fact get the goods on the day that they were due but time will tell.

I too got a cancellation email this morning and have just checked my email to find a despatch confirmation which I have tracked via my Amazon acct - very confused now!

Same here - cancellation email but email saying my items have been dispatched an hour later - and also if I go into my Amazon account the order is there showing as status dispatched.

Whether we get them or not - Amazon have made a right hash of this.

On the City Link site, mine is showing as collected from Amazon and on its way to City Link depot near me for delivery tomorrow.
