we went to venice this summer, we did not eat or drink in st marks square but ate a few streets back. lots of menus on display with the prices, we had pizzas and drinks for 48 euros for 4 of us. what we did see was lots of customers being exceedingly rude to the waiting staff. venice is expensive? doesn't everyone know that
