My plus size mum put it on to prove a point and it was really more of an 18/20 judging on how well it fit.

    Happy Christmas Mum;)

Strapped- I can't return it. I asked the seller, they said no refunds. If PayPal vote in the seller's favour, then I will simply have to sell it on- and in this case I will clearly state that despite the fact it is labelled a 12 it measures as a 16/18.

But if PayPal vote in your favour, the seller has to accept a return regardless of whether they say tehy accept returns or not.

The fact that they've told you no returns and don't seem to be very helpful suggests to me they knew full well the sizing was dodgy.

ailuro2, had it fit her perfectly she definitely would have had it off me! :p

melliott1963, you may be right. The seller refused to refund again when I filed a dispute and PayPal are investigating it now... can only wait and see what happens!

Don't know what you do OP but this how you get the best bargains in TK Maxx. Many manufacturers must make mistakes on the odd occasion with size labelling.
  • however just FYI you can buy clothing labels so is still possible they could have done it themselves although unlikely.... but these people have a business so 'somebody' is????
