Could just be a language thing, probably going to be fine.

However, in our experience those that cry earliest end up being the problem cases.

As advised above - if you get a neg just open a new account. 5 feedback is not a huge amount to lose.

Don't be put off by one nightmare buyer - most transactions are troublefree for buyers and sellers. It's very unfortunate that you've encountered an impatient buyer so soon.

Maybe it'll all turn out ok and is just a language thing. Sometimes the e-mails people send appear more abrupt than intended as they are so used to text-speak these days. But as said above, it's very early to be demanding to know when item will be delivered.

as long as youve posted it, and you have a proof of postage, its out of your hands. i wouldnt worry about it, if it 'doesnt turn up' then royal mail will compensate you for the lose (sp?).
just explain nicely to customer theres nothing more you can do, and will have to wait i think its fourteen days before ebay will declare it lost, and will then take it further. if she was in ahurry for it she should have paid for a 'sign for ' service!

  • Some people just send what they want to know with no niceties, we must answer over 100 emails a day and its not uncommon for people to just ask like that, just respond as if they had asked like anyone else and try not to take it personally, otherwise any decent amount of business will make you into an emotional wreck! :o

The seller can put a claim for Item not received after 7 days. RM dont count anything lost until 15 days. Normally if you communicate with buyers they will wait until about 10 days I find. If they have to open a claim with you for non receipt your likely to get a Neg
