A funny feeling

I have that feeling you get when you know somethings going to go wrong.
I sold a skirt monday monday BIN sent then a invoice.Monday night they requested total amount so sent again.
They paid late wednesday night all my listing say i post in one working day so item was in post first thing thursday morning.Got a email last night saying
WHEN I GET ITEM
just that nothing else they have only been using ebay this month have no feedbacks apart from the one i left there paypal post code was wrong ive just got a funny feeling hope im wrong

    All you can do is advise them that the skirt has been posted, and by whatever delivery service.

    Maybe remind them of postal disruption due to RM strikes and that this is out of your control.

    It's a rather abrupt and impatient message to receive and it would probably have warning bells ringing with me as well but all you can do is remain polite and professional, and reassure them that the item has been dispatched.

    thank you scarlett did send message first thing just saying its gone via royal mail but i just have thatb feeling theres going to be problems have also offered to email them a copy of proof of postage too.
    possette dont i just wish i could have sent that.

    no dont think feedbacks going to be good only just started selling and only have 5 feedbacks not to sure what to do

    All you can do is respond politely when the item was sent and point out the delays in Rm at present. As you only have 5 feedback. 1 neg could effect your search standing but you could open another selling account as you haven't got many to defend.

    She sounds as though English isn't her first language, tbh. All you can do is be polite and clear - you've sent out when you said you would, that's your part of the deal.
