Not too bad - still poor, still not being able to start to get debt free, but shouldn't be long now!
We are making wine and sloe gin at the moment, but hopefully no nasty tastes when they're ready!
So, all set to knit presents and make homemade crackers this Christmas then?!!

What sort of wine are you doing? My parents have done some raspberry and elderberry recently - some nice.. some... hmmmm :p They've also done sloe gin and sloe vodka which is very nice!

Well I have been knitting, but I must admit presents are being bought - although mostly with gift vouchers through surveys and stuff, so they are as close to free as poss.. I'm sure Tom and Barbara would have done online surveys if they could... :rotfl:

Proper grape wine. My FIL has a big vine with loads of grapes going to waste, so DH picked them all last week and spent last weekend treading them! It's currently bubbling away under our stairs! The sloe gin will be decanted soon and we'll give them as Xmas presents.

My knitting has gone to pot - I really am no good, so no scarves for presents this year! Trying to get more surveys under my belt to get some vouchers, but I'm usually not eligible! I did get £2 Boots voucher for testing a night cream the other week, so it all helps!

Just thought I'd say a belated hello today. House move seems to be progressing. Exam went o.k in the end last night - thanks to redsquirrel and BB and anyone else who said I should do the course - I am enjoying it so far, although my brain turned to treacle in the exam even though I felt fairly confident before hand. I might even do the Sage course after Xmas -funds permitting.
Seem to have a million things to organise before the house move and tomorrow is going to be fairly busy - 2 viewings on this house by letting agents, need to sort contents insurance out for new house, oh and need to make hosue presentable (ish) before letting agents come at 9.30 () and going to make a start on packing and lots of nice list making.

Proper grapes - that's brilliant! I have managed to progress from scarves to the Innocent Smoothie hats this year so I might manage to make a few person sized things for presents, maybe...

DF - glad the exam went OK, I'm sure you'll have done fine :)
