Virgin or carphone warehouse
Ok having a dillema here and not sure who to go with!
PAYG phone on virgin from CPW is £74 included £15 airtime that i have chose as have to and not sure why.. could be more or less which is what im not sure about, guessing i can change this each month? sorry may sound dumb but not had PAYG for a while..
same phone from Virgin is £80 with no credit add when you get.
So may seem a mad question as CPW cheaper but just feel more comfortable with virgin for some reason..any views on who is better for whatever reason?
Thanks

Not heard very good reports for the CPW cust. Serv. But do know that Virgins Cust Serv is very good. Had to have a couple of phones replaced under warranty with them over the last few years - both times it has been painless, I seem to remember that they sent out the replacement and picked up the faulty ones at the same time, so no waiting around!!!!!
If it were me I would go with the Virgin deal!0 -
CPW one will be unlocked and unbranded. You could go into the CPW store and the buy the cheapest one they have and it doesn't have to be on virgin.
Just check your simcard in the phone before you leave the store. Since it's PAYG don't worry about customer service as repairs can be done directly by Nokia.0 -
Hi thanks, well i decided on Virgin as dh been with them for years and they are pretty good..i also went the complete opposite way with it and got an 18 month contract with free mins and texts and the phone was free as opposed to £70ish..plus 30p per day internet if i want to use it which is what i wanted (not a set web one)..£15 per month..i also (although not holding out) have semi processed quidco at £30 so all in all pretty happy!
CPW is tempting if an unlocked phone but i was under the impression it wouldn't work with my current t-mobile card so have changed no etc too..too late now anyway i am just a worrier about what heppens if it packs up etc..do all phones have a 1 year warranty as haven't taken out the insurance?
Thanks0
