i purchased a sony c905 in may 2009, from o2. since then the handset has been repaired 4 times and replaced once. having raised numerous complaints with the customer service team and o2 store i am still no further towards receiving a new handset. the phone first became faulty within 28days of purchase so should have been replaced straight away but o2 insisted on repair. i am stuck with a loan phone with much lower spec and dont really no what to do now as o2 refuse to take responsibilty. any suggestions....??:money:
