Egg changed that a few years ago didn't they? For as long as I can remember the BT fee has been applied at the same rate of interest as the BT itself, in this case 0%.
Or have they changed it back?
To the OP - you can't do the BT (balance transfer) until the card has been activated, which you can't do until you've received the card.0
