All sorted! Just received a phone call and they have refunded the money. He said it had happened to a few orders and they had reimbursed those too.

It Has not put me of buying from them and i will def be placing another order with them shortly. I think it was just the sheer amount of orders going thru at the time and the stocking changing so quickly!

Thanks for this, I will leave it a few days then, I'm pretty sure we will have been charged I bought my stuff the same time as you (as soon as the email came through I was fighting for hamsters lol) and the problem I had with the payment screen its highly likely, but if they are refunding automatically I'll just keep an eye out for the refund before I call them.

It hasnt put me off buying from them either, their communication was really good, at one point I emailed the guy saying 'have been trying to pay for hamsters for over 1 hour so frustrating' and he actually took the time to reply to me :rotfl: Fast delivery which with my spend was free defo cant moan.

i was charged twice too and i phoned up customers services 0161 633 9808 and they sorted it out very quickly

I'm very tempted to get one of the hamsters for my ds for xmas but do I have to get the house or other add on straight away - can he play with just the hamster or is it no fun without the extras?
