I'm only looking for my missing pieces, which I think (probably naively) is what a lot of people on here are doing.
  • Morning All,

Just to say I have given up - I cannot waste anymore time trying to load a page, when I know that by the time it does - sold out is all I will see!!!

I'm going to treat my cherubs in the new year, when hopefully the shelves will be full of hammies and homes etc

I refuse to line a greedy persons pockets, I am all for everyone trying to make a living, but come on.

I do not want to add up the hours I have searched here and out there!!

    Good Luck to all

Getting to the point where I am thinking of chucking everything I have already got onto eBay and forget I ever heard about damn go go hamsters...

Up until a few days ago I was thinking that. I had tried so hard and managed to get some bits and my kids (4 between the ages of 7 & 14) had never even heard of the hamsters.

2 days ago my 7 year old uttered the words i've been waiting for...."I'd really like one of those go go hamster things for christmas that were on the news, I like the Mr "squibbles" one! So a quick check, please let one of the 2 hamsters be Mr sqiggles and yes! Hallelujah!:j

This was followed by another brief moments of panic when the 11 year old (who hasnt got one) began talking about them but finished by saying I'm not bothered though, i'm too old for them. Phew, its only his 2 little sisters who have them!

As for the ball though. I give up. They have a hamster each a house and car to share and a bed each. There is no way i'm paying ebay prices!
