Character have not announced any limits so far.

But remember that whether or not a limit is imposed, a retailer has the right to cancel any order up until the time the agreement is constituted; that varies merchant by merchant .. but who has time ro read the T&C on every website.

What am I saying?

Essentially even though an order goes through for 100 Funhouses, the retailer could stop it in accordance with discretion provided within their T&Cs even though there was no red flag up at point of order to say that there is a maximum order level. Your order is an offer to purchase .. it is then for the retailer to accept that offer which may or may not be the same as order acknowledgement.

Limits MAY exist even though we can't see them.

I don't want 100 houses or even 100 balls (couldn't afford them even if I wanted to), just two or three balls, as it seems balls are the new currency to get other hamster bits, but really I want one chunk, one pink and one yellow carrier. All the other bits like the slide will hopefully be back in stock in time for DDs birthday in March.

I remember posting in Hooray for Toys defence that day as someone who didn't know wanted to know if it was a good store...

A bunch of us replied with very positive comments and then that poster started the slander.

Mainly about a cancellation and no refund. We explained that the refund may take a few days to complete (actually went overnight as explained in the email).

Mainly she was just abusive because they cancelled 2 very big orders and refused to feed the greedy bazzer. (27 hamster items including 5 houses!)

She made out it was for her "4" kids so a hamster each with 1 or 2 houses would of been ideal IMO

I for one find this highly commendable considering that Hooray for Toys will make the same whoever and how ever much they sell.

As a result, I for one have bookmarked them and despite having most xmas pressies this year, I will check them top of my list in the future for DD1 and DD2 bdays and xmas and for the 5 nieces and nephews.

If some of the bigger boys looked after customers like Hooray for Toys do then the industry would be a much better place.

Ha... it was an example.

That said, I saw a John Lewis order for £495 go through just about the same time as the accessories were listed. That makes me pretty sure that was for 100 beds or carriers. So orders for 100 items will happen ... whether they are cancelled later, I don't know (well not yet anyway).

yeah I need 2 balls too (no man jokes plz ) and 1 surfer dude.
Dont know if there will be time to add multiple items so may just go for 2 balls and try swap 1 for a surfer if poss. Im sure both DD1 and DD2 can share till more stock after xmas if they really want it.

Might get some peppa pig toys 2. My 3 yr old keeps calling me Daddy Pig!!

I don't think they do yellow carriers do they? Aqua, Green, Orange, Pink and Purple IIRC...
