Just through a lot of time spent initially ringing around and e mailing companies. I just blatantly ask what, when, and what time, ha, ha, then post it to the forum. Also when websites have had problems like potential security issues, I have e mailed them to give them details and they are grateful so when I contact them again with a query for posting on this forum, they tend to reply. No insider knowledge, just research, hard work, and being polite me thinks...

Blimey think I am glad I took the kids swimming rather than try to get hold of any hamster related products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think I am going to get my needle and thread out and construct 3 beds myself - if I start now might just get finished by Christmas!!!!!!!!!
