I have just cancelled 3 hamsters from woolworths so look out for those !

There is stock available at inflated prices at Amazon and if people are holding out until the middle or the end of the week for stock to arrive which are sold at rrp, then it stands to reason that the Amazon sellers would drop their prices to compete?

Does that make sense?

I also expect to see a drop of prices on ebay although I saw at half seven this morning that hamsters were being sold at high prices.

Hi guys, toywiz.com has adventure ball in stock. It shows as $49.99 on site but when you put it in basket it's $29.99 which is about £17 which I wouldve been prepared to pay until I realised with shipping it was going to be raised to $66 which is approx £40. am gutted as thought I might actually manage to get one but I refuse to pay that amount! Happy hunting xxx

morning all, got up extra early to phone asda today because they said they were dedfinatly having some in but they have all gone!!! one of the perks of the people working there i guess, oh well never mind! the hunt continues!

Hi all! Have only been on this hamster hunt for about a week (!) but would like to thank everyone on here for their hints on where to find stock especially 'snowedunderitall' who posted last week about the stock in Wilkos in Slough. I was lucky enough to pick up a house and surfborad there. Got Chunk and a pink carrier in toys r us. I also managed to get a Pipsqueak in my local (fairly large) WH Smiths. Not sure if others have tried there but might be worth a go - I was amazed when I got out of the lift to find Pipsqueak there all alone!!! Anyway I am off out Christmas shopping all day today to Westfield so will let you know if I spot any hamsters on my travels. Lucky that I am doing OK in the shops cos I have had NO luck at all online! Hope everyone has a successful day

How greedy. I'm all for making a quick buck but I find this awful. Sellers on ebay selling the argos reservation codes.

If for some reason I couldn't use any codes I had then I would volunteer them on one of the many forums on ebay or other websites such as this knowing full well how desparate people are to get them for their children.

£7.00 for two argos codes.

I am hopefully going to be the proud owner of a hamster this week, thanks to who posted about amazon on friday morning, my order has been dispatched, now I just hope the royal mail guy doesn't leave it by my doorstep as it'll be a rather wet hamster!
