On amazon there is a review for the carrier and blanket and the person says that the carrier is not very good and the hamster drops out, this may be of interest to those with very young children as if they drop hammy on the head once too often he/she may stop working!

Well Yorkshire Toys gave us a brief flurry of excitement!
That is my lot for today unless I check back later on ebay.

I think the way to go for serious hunters will be first thing early tomorrow morning on amazon in case the 7.99 hams come back on and then start again with the daily search and buy mission on the internet or around the shops.

ebay 170406902662 a mr squiggles, this didn't sell. he also has a chunk with less than a minute to go which hasn't got any bids so may not sell either.

He has something else for sale non hamster related but you could use that auction to contact him/her and ask if you could make an offer on the one or two he didn't sell and pay via paypal to keep yourself protected.

He is in bishop auckland durham so anyone near there could offer to pay cash on collection.

the seller will not want these hanging around in light of more stock coming in the shops/internet next week.

he just sold a chunk for £15.00 free postage so hasn't made much profit assuming he bought it for the rrp and has to pay ebay and paypal fees.

I think that the Hamsters got listed first ... the stockchecker reported that ... and then by the time that the other stock was listed, the stockchecker ran into the same problems that you are having.

If it can't read the site because the site doesn't open in the same way that you folks are struggling, then it cannot report those newly listed items.

Not normally a problem on the bigger sites that can cope with the load, but smaller companies just don't expect the current number of hits and timeouts occur.

I Have just popped back from HUKD after reading you have a thread over here. This seller had the full set that went unsold and if anybody were to make him a offer I would be happy to pick them up and post them on at actual postage cost if it helps anybody or saves anybody a few pounds off the postage as im only 5 mins from Bishop Auckland
