  • Hmm,

You should get a confirmation email to the email address you entered. Maybe check your junk/spam folder if you have one.

Is this for go-gohamsters.co.uk? If so I have put my email in there about 4 times over the last 3 days and never ever had any email from it. I've done it again this morning.
  • Nope no confirmation email ever comes, Checked all folders and added to my address book. Its a Gmail account.
  • I see a gmail account and btinternet account. Is it them?

  • I think it means they have aknowledged your order, I've had 'order taken' turn to awaiting stock from Play
  • I spoke to Play and a lady told me it meant awaiting stock and she had no details of when any would arrive.
  • I ordered 3 hamsters from Amazon yesterday and it said at the time despatches within 24hrs but expected delivery is showing 18th November???

    :hello:Hi All

For those of you who were online last night, you will recall that we had a problem with a link I posted (I have now removed it) to a genuine site - well I e mailed the site last night to report the issue and I received two e mails from them this morning. The first was saying they were urgently looking into the issue and the second is as per below. I will report any further updates as I get them because I know that many of you will want to use this site next week. However, I would ask the no one who bookmarked the site link posts it on this forum as we do not want to load their server again today before the issue is fixed.

    Hi,

I have been able to track down which forum and the link used to direct people to the web site. We are currently working on solving this issue.

Please note that we do not keep people financial details on our system, these are store with Pay Pal only.

I did however notice that this has happened on another web site, with people looking for the same product.

Was the link that you posted copied into your browswer when you were logged onto the web site or whilst you were a guest? (I've responded with full details).

It may be that the sheer volume of people logged on last night ( being the largest we have ever had) were using the same IP and that somehow when the link was used they were logged in with on with the latest person to register. The Affected name was a person who registered last night when this was happening.

We have never had an issue like this in the past, and we have regular posts on other forums for specifc toys.

I have myself clicked on the link this morning and it displayed the Go Go Page but nobodies details. I clicked on the account tab and it asked me to log in or register.

    Regards

    Michael
