Hi can any one help me? I can't get about much and need the Ball, Slide and Wheel for the Go Go Hamsters. I couldn't get them on the Horray website they sold out before I got on. I live near Cardiff and there is nothing around here. If someone sees them in a shop could they pick them up for me? I will pay p&p and pay for your time and trouble.

hi everyone!!
well my hamster bed hunt was a bust today i could not find stock of anything anywere!!! i was so shocked are they just not delivering to west yorkshire!!?? plus i was out all day so missed hooray stuff too!! gutted i thought i would list were i have checked just in case it can rule out some places for people!!!

Latest information was that it will be ~2.30pm. They have promised to contact me if that changes.

I wouldn't order from Rassan - if you look at the codes for the items some start with TRUS which is Toys R Us and some others are Boots item codes etc.

Well, that rassad.com appears to have everything in stock so i was curious as to why we didn't use it. so, I went on it, registered and ordered a ball just to see if i got the usual 'out of stock' once you've gone through everything. Well, it let me get to the putting in your address and delivery details but each time I clicked on submit, I got the error message Sorry, there are no available shipping methods for your location. It then tells you that there must be a problem with the address supplied and to go back into your personal details to amend it, but regardless of how you fiddle about with your address, it still says the same when you hit submit. So that's as far as I managed to get, that was before the payment bit, so they don't have my credit card info. It would be interesting to see if anyone else can get any further. They have a drop down list for you to select your county, which looked like they shipped everywhere. May be not, may be that's the issue. I have no idea I definitely think it could be dodgy though and i've gone back in it and deleted my 'personal profile' (i.e. address details). I got an e mail each time I tried to change my address to inform me that the details had been changed and I've just got one to say my profile has been deleted. As JohnW191 said, definitely looks odd when you check the terms and conditions.
