i dont understand how that ebayer says their daughter no longer wants it.... now if that were me and heaven forbid my daughter decided she didnt want something i had bought, and knowing me id have every receipt except the one i needed, id list it at 99p so i dont have to pay listing fees, and id be greatful of something rather than a toy going to waste.... that amount of money is just greedy, and i do hope no-one pays it! Thankgoodness for MSE, although its this forums fault ive become addicted :D

What, you'd risk selling a set worth well over £100 from 99p - that's a big risk...unless you put a reserve on

Yes, because if i am selling something, i always have a look at items thats sold recently, to give me an idea of how much i would get... i havent had a major problem.... sold my ps3 the other week (so i could afford a wii for xmas for my daughter) started that at 99p no reserve, but because i had done my 'research' i was confident it would be fine. And it was...

Wouldnt be selling my num nums though (ive already played with him, and even my partners impressed :j)... showed my daughter in toys r us the other day, and she wanted one... so we have to write santa a letter... (what she doesnt know is that i have the house nums nums mr squiggle a bed and carrier and a slide all from tru tunbridge wells)
If it wasnt for this thread i wouldnt have known what the fuss was about, so thankyou to all the posters. I cant wait till xmas (obviously for my daughter :D)

How come his daughter knows what shes got for christmas? My kids haven't a clue. Does anyone else say "look what i got you for xmas kids" ? It's meant to be a surprise from Santa. It's very suspect but i got shot down in flames yesterday for saying anything so i'd best say no more lol. Maxi knows how it feels.

Anyway any one interested in the Adventure Ball i mentioned in my other post. Based on buying 2 £16,90 each

You know, I think all this money we spend at xmas is getting somewhat out of hand. Its such a shame that there will be some children around the world that won't get anything this xmas. I always make up a couple of 'shoeboxes' for 'operation christmas child', it doesn't cost much, especially if you shop in places like the poundshops and primark, but it can make such a difference. They say they only accept the shoe boxes till the 18/11 but i've submitted my shoeboxes well after that: http://www.operationchristmaschild.org.uk/pages/what-occ

Don't be silly, it will be due to excessive breeding in his warehouse. They are rampant little things, didn't you know? :rotfl:
