  • When is the best time to check websites suh as Tesco/Asda for their stock coming in?

How is everyone finding out where the stock is? Just ringing the stores? And are any places reserving stock? Somone had reserved a playset at Makro earlier so just wondered?

noooooo! houses are going on tesco direct tomorrow, someone said a few pages back.

Some people ordered random sets from a spanish site, if you want to keep an eye out for posts about that. You can't choose what you get so it might be ball, car, skateboard or surfboard (I think?) but I can't remember what google translate said.

the site is elcorteingles and search for hamster.
bum bum bum, can't belive that about the house:mad: oh well to late now I suppose!

Just the shirt would be fantastic
  • Went to Makro Hillington this morning and there were no playsets. They had a few hamsters left but I would imagine will be sold out now. Limited to 1 per person and it wasn't until I checked my receipt in the car £12.99 plus vat!! Not happy at them exploiting this situation. I will be returning it if I find one in Argos.

I've noticed that a lot of forum members are posting about potential bargains. However, as there are thousands of people viewing this forum, presumably once these items are pointed out, then they will not go cheap anymore (which is actually a bonus for the person selling the item on ebay). My advice to anyone finding a potentially cheap ebay listing is to keep the info to yourself if you want it, or pm someone who you think needs it, as posting the item number to this forum only benefits the ebayer as the item is actually being advertised to thousands of people, which they wouldn't actually get with their ebay listing alone, especially if they have made a boo boo in the spelling of the item.

That is very true, but the thread moves very quickly and lots of people don't read back, I've stopped reading back all the pages I've missed as it just takes too long.

i was lucky, i had some great help from here, i didnt bother with the stock checkers, i just kept refreshing on here, make sure you have registered with all the big websites, if you can try to store passwords, payment details, address - as this makes it so much quicker, and hope you have good internet connection, i used internet explorer most of the time, with aol running at the same time on the go go hamster hunt mse page, as internet explorer for me worked better with the crashing websites than aol.
