There was a maximum of 2 hamsters per order so that would be why your order was cancelled. Apparently they are using some fraud program to block orders for more than 2 so that is what declined the payment - so you do have money lol

It was more than likely cancelled because you ordered 3 and it was max 2 per customer, it happened to lots of people.

I have checked with several times - they have said that they are not due to be receiving any items this year! (this is for the Aberdeen Costco )

I have had loads of deliveries for other things this morning, so ive had practicially every courier going atmy door, so the chances of it being delivered today are very slim.

If it has been ''lost aka nabbed'' i will be very annoyed, and TRU will have some serious cempensating to do.

funny - its my order for a ball (and 2 hammies) from tru thats not appeared...... have already given them a piece of my mind, but have to wait til tomorro before i can get money back - due to '4 working days' [EMAIL="!!!!"]!!!![/EMAIL] they quote!

Have never seen them in either of the Costco store i visit.

YAY my ball is here, the posties had left it with a neighbour.

I have checked and it is definately a ball and not something else.

Im well happy, all i have to do now is wait for the kids to go to sleep then i can check it out and see what all the fuss is about.
