Sorry can't help you with that one. If you use mine (someone posted link at top of previous page) and click the test button and it works, then it will work for real - unless of course you have silenced that particular alarm and it wont come back again unless you close all your browser windows and start it up again to clear the settings. I'll add a reset option ASAP

hi, did you manage to get it through? we all seem to have struggled.

for postcode just put 11111 and make sure you put your real postcode everywhere, after your street name etc. It's delivered by DHL and they'll know it's your postcode.

for telephone number i eventually got 44 and then my number minus the 09 at the start, to go through but it now keeps telling me it's wrong whenever i look at the site. thankfully they accepted it for long enough to send my order. keep trying?

for identification just put a load of random numbers, I chose 'otro' or something like that.

if it gets stuck at the verified by visa part, check your order history and if no order is showing, try again. I did it twice and only the second order went through. I don't think being sent more than one item would be a huge problem at this stage though - plenty of time to find someone who wants to buy it from you. Those sets don't seem to be coming into stock much.

I was on the phone about my cancelled order. The operator thought that she would be able to put order through as Team Leader said that there was more stock but quicky ran out. This stock was probably from the cancelled orders, LOL.
