Did you order just hamsters? I ordered a house and hamster on Thursday for delivery yesterday. It eventually turned up at 3:00pm but box was damaged and hamster was loose. Arrived on a van but did not have to sign for it.

Got through to ytc - the have no Slide's or Wheels available - they do have Green and Aqua carriers but they are priced at £7.99 each which is reasonable compared to ebay/amazon etc but their postage is £12.95 - so for 2 carriers I would be £28.93 - I would be as well going to the dreaded ebay after all! :eek::eek::eek:

2 hamsters and a ball in the order.... royal fail postie has already been, and man in van royal mail has also been - so, unless for sum amazing reason he comes out twice (which ive never seen - they like to get u up dead early lol) it not comin today!

Their postage yesterday was only £4.25- I would phone back and query it hun. If they have increased their postage that much then it's highway robbery. Worth a call back to ask xxx

I ordered surf and skateboard from YTC yesterday and was only £4.95 postage!!!
