Hi I ordered yesterday around lunchtime, my order still says in preparation, but I have had a confirmation email from them this morning giving me all my order detailsand delivery address etc, it doesn't give a time span for delivery (atleast I dont think it does as my spanish isn't brilliant!) Hope this is helpful

Did tru list this morning? I have been out today, in the real world but still hammie hunting lol. I ordered my spanish set on saturday and have had a email to confirm order. I am worried a but as the adress i put in was using 11111 postcode as oyhers suggested but added my adress in extra box's lol. I hope it arrives as this will be the only extra bits i will have.

Thank you. I had best not tell my husband about this order. Shhhhh! He thinks I have been mad enough as it is over these hamsters without telling him I have ordered from a Spanish website that I had trouble translating.

I have had an email confirmation but what worries me is the one payment card that went through my bank tells me they have no record of any transaction being authorised, yet the ones that had error messages have a record of the date, time & value that was processed. I am concerned because another poster said they had an email from the store saying they couldn't process because their card expiry date was wrong and when they sent it again it still came back wrong, I don't know the outcome though as this thread is so hard to keep up. Fingers crossed hey. :rolleyes:

My Spanish Set arrived! It does look good, I got the Blue carrier so now have 2 that colour, oh well c'est la vie!

It arrived ok despite me putting in a Spanish Postcode to make the order take. It was first delivered on Friday whewn I was out and I think I ordered it on the previous Sunday.

I never got a confirmation e-mail but it did say order in preparation when I logged in. I did have a pending transaction on my credit card for about 3 days I think.

No they didn't I was catching up on posts around that time this morning, nobody posted anything about tru having stock.
