Character are receiving even more hamsters next week .. should destroy the eBay market (maybe).

I am now being told that will be the last delivery before Christmas .. i.e. nothing else coming, which infers that the accessory delivery on 18th Dec is not now happening or can be ignored for the purposes of Christmas.

I do not know who will be receiving that hamster stock.

Lizdav is it definitely just hamster packs expected before christmas then? Was hoping for a couple of beds to give to friends kids, only willing to pay rrp as they are just little gifts to give out from dd. Will have to look for something else if they are not expected.

Sounds like we are going to be invaded by hamsters but nothing else this side of new year :( (sad smiley for all you still hunting as thankfully I'm done as long as el patcho arrives!) I suppose the one benefit of this massive hammy supply is I expect there will be a lot of faulty hammies so at least an exchange for a replacement shouldn't be so hard to come by. That has worried me slightly having such a nightmare getting them and then they break I keep checking mine in case I missed a fault! :o

Someone posted on here last night that makro will be putting their prices right up when they get their stock. Stock due later in the week.

She said they were selling them from wednesday which has been mentioned by other members when they've called their local store. She checked the prices on her computer and double checked with a colleague. Took me ages to confirm 14.99 for playsets as she had a strong accent and it sounded like 49.99 at first. In the end I had to say to her "is that one four ninety nine or four nine ninety nine" She confirmed then that it was 14.99. Worth a phonecall to your local branch though :)

I managed to get a playset at Tesco - it was marked at 19.97 but at the till it came up at 9.97. They said they had mixed up the house and playset tickets!?. They had the houses and hamsters in Dumfries main tesco at the weekend (around 8.15am) bet they didn't last long.

A while back a few of the forum members contacted tesco re the playset prices and they said it was a mistake and changed the prices. I wonder if it really was a genuine mistake or a cheeky try at making more money ;)

  • just found this http://sokch.ytmnd.com/ it's a noise that only teenagers are meant to be able to hear, most people over the the age of 20 cannot hear it (although those with exceptionally good hearing will!) just had fun with my cats, they can obviously hear it but i can barely hear a thing. just to amuse yourselves :p test it out on the kids!

It's a disgrace isn't it. I am willing to pay up to 22 delivered for a ball as TRU will charge 9.95 delivery as they consider my address to be remote  so i'd be paying £20 anyway but refuse to pay over £22 tbh :)
