omg have to laugh made a couter offer on a hamsteron ebay for 10.00 original price is £25 buy it now and guy came back with £20 or leave it

A lot of retailers are cashing in on the hype that go go pets have created. Sainsburys were selling hamsters for 14.99 and playsets were 19.97 in Tesco a while back. It's a disgrace but they seem to be doing it more and more

tbh I didn't think to ask! I completely forgot about makro adding vat afterwards. The woman I spoke to was a bit hopeless!

My hubby was talking to one of the staff there and he said they got the delivery on Tuesday and only put a few out on Friday and saved the bigger stock for Saturday and Sunday when there are more people not at work so spend more instore so they have the stock in the back just holding on to it........ :mad:

Maybe i can help someone else actually... i cant get them for my area but Inverness Argos had a few hamsters in stock!

Someone posted on here last night that makro will be putting their prices right up when they get their stock. Stock due later in the week.

was in Argos yesterday buying their Cars Lightyear Launchers that were on offer (hard to get UK Cars if anyone is interested) saw the Manager walk into the back with arms full of Hamsters - that was an hour before closing yesterday I note this morning it says out of stock......draw your own conclusions
