To be honest reserving codes and then giving them out isn't really fair anyway. I'm not slagging anybody off because I'm sure there are good intentions but it is only likely to make argos stop reserving items.

It won't stop 'ebayers' getting the codes because you don't know who you are giving the codes to anyway!!!

I have started hunting again and thought my luck was in with the Ayr Argos... i clicked on it to reserve and it said they were out of stock... i'm never getting any of these before christmas i dont think!!! Ahhh well what wil be will be!!

I spotted this yesterday and roughly worked out that they were trying to get £300 profit from it, though I had guestimated the prices - so glad you worked out about the same too, thought I was exaggerating the profit. I hope they end up stuck with it!
