Quick question with regards to this whole TRU/Paypal fiasco....

I ordered from TRU yesterday, and paid via paypal. I received an order confirmation email within about 2 mins of making the order.

My order status on TRU is 'order in progress' and my paypal is showing as 'pending'

Should i be worried? Or am i likely to get this dispatched? Some folks who ordered received a dispatched email the following day, so am i being a bit premature in worrying about this order?

i've just spoken to someone from paypal and explained that toysrus are saying its paypal who need to release the money and the paypal guy said it definitely toysrus that just need to deny the transaction. i explained again that they had literally just told me to call paypal about it and then the paypal guy said he would email toysrus for me with my transaction details and ask them to deny the payment so that the funds would be released back to my account. he also advised me to ring toysrus again to let them know what is going on
i hope this works, i will let you know if it does!

Thanks everyone, I have placed an order on the Spanish Site - used Google Translation Toolbar which helps loads!!! Just hope it arrives in plenty of time before Christmas

That does seriously pee me off, it seems this thread is read, numbers snapped up and whoosh ebay they go,
It's one thing people making a quick buck out of poor sods like myself trying to locate theses pesky rats, but to sell a reserve number?
Cretins, u can't be bothered to go and get the rat urself so stop someone else local grabbing that by taking the pee.

why don't they sell their organs and be done with it xxx

Know what you meam I keep finding excuses to go to the kitchen so I can have a quick peek at the laptop and keep up with what's going on - haven't watched a full TV programme for ages sky + is getting quite full.:rotfl:
