what a nightmare! just rang play.com and i had to battle to find out anything as i used OH's account. all i wanted to know was if it was OOS or not. finally got through after confirming his d.o.b, email and address. it is definitely oos and they are waiting for a delivery to their warehouse. he did say however i would receive an a confirmation email in the next 48 hours and that it would DEFINATELY be delivered this side of xmas. so fingers crossed

Shonagh, I found by trial and error that it would only accept 5 nos for the postcode so I just included the postcode elsewhere within the address and put 5 random numbers there then for the phone number I put +44 then my mobile number which wouldn't all fit, left off the last digit so at the end you get a box for notes so I just wrote in it my full address and phone number
