I received my chunk from my lovely ebay seller yesterday and my house from Hooray, I showed chunk to my 13 month old and he is obsessed with it, he's still in the box and he loves poking his finger through the hole to press his nose!!

Sorry for all of you getting the balls cancelled , i think this hunt has made me think who i will be spending my money with in future.
Cuddy have been impressive with their customer service as have Hooray.
Dissapointed with the big retailers esp TRU for taking money.
