  • Just a thought but if you put a mobile number rather than a landline they will have to pay more to call you and so that may have a bearing on who they are changing orders or cancelling.
Went to the paper shop - it had blown away.

I was just thinking the same thing! Fingers crossed, although I do feel more pessimistic than optimistic.

Still no phone call for me was so happy after spending a week on the computer practically non stop. Cards declined when nothing wrong with it, orders cancelled, some not very pleasant phone calls lots of emails. Told the kids that SANTA can finally get some things for them and looks like i will have to tell them that santa cannot. Who would think it could be this distressing.

I put my landline number in but still jumped when 3g phoned and offered me a second mobile, I asked why would I want 2 ? For your children he said - he still tried to persuade me they needed one even when I told him they were 1 and 4 ... some people will try anything...

I put my mobile number down as house phone unreliable in our house as it's so quiet. Still no phone call but my order was 4 mins after those who's were cancelled so not hopeful :(

Interesting theory - I only put a mobile number on and haven't had a call - yet!

Just had my phone call from Cuddy's. Very nice man

No ball for me but still getting Mr Squiggles so I'm quite happy
Give me the boy until he's seven and i'll give you the man.
  • Mr Cuddy just called. I got my Num Nums Hamster but not my ball. He was really nice and apologetic.

He was lovely - he's been retailing for 50 years but only online for 7 days.
I think it's AMAZING that he's personally calling everyone. Just wouldn't get that kind of service from a big store.

I'm not celebrating until the hamster is in my hands though!
He said it's going to be a very long night for him.. awww.
  • Just repeating because many people still concerned:

My Order from Cuddy's (ordered at 16.06 and confirmed 16.07) has GONE THROUGH!

I was phoned about a subsequent order for a friend that had been cancelled, they AREN'T phoning people who's orders have been processed.
