Thanks , they use royal mail i just checked. Hopefully their boxes won't be as obvious as character who had item and name of hamster on the box :eek:

They are toy shop websites. Hooray for toys may be listing hamsters tonight if you are lucky.

Oh no...I have just gone to the dark side and bought a skateboard from ebay - £23.48 inc delivery - somebody stop me!!!!!!!

Just remembered 10% from ebay for their ginormous mess up on Saturday so now - £21.53 (slightly less hideous price)

I agree, MIL shops there and the few times I have been in customer service has been great.
Even better if as OP he gave me a skateboard!!!! (picked a ball instead of it earlier!!!) They must be very busy tonight.

Hi Hamster Hunters. Just catching up with the latest. I see some of you mentioned that when opened, your balls were surfboards (or was it skateboards?) anyway, just to let you know - check your hamsters!

My Mr Squiggles was in a Pipsqueak box - not opened or tampered with, just obviously packed in the wrong packaging....
