  • :rotfl:I see your point and I think it's fine to request that people stay on topic but as this is an internet forum people can post as they see fit - they don't have to comply.
There has been constant arguing on this thread in my opinion and trading (going against mse rules) but it has not been shut down yet which is good.

I do see your point but I think threatening to report the thread and ask that it be shut down is a little much!

I am not going to get into an argument over this as well but any disagreements that there have been on here have been sensible debates which have not involved personal attacks - the recent ones were getting personal and completely off the reason why we have all come together on here - that is to help each other find stock of hamsters and accessories etc.

It annoyed me as i know it has annoyed some others and i was just making a point really. I am sure the Forum managers wouldn't have shut us down but i think alot of members that have helped each other would have left in the end - which is not what we wanted.

I am drawing a line under it from my end and will not respond now to any discussions off topic to save fuelling the fire. :D

  • When I went to my bed last night all I could think about was musical hits for hammies ie Hamster top ten so to lighten things up this is what I came up with before I fell asleep...........

Wake me up before you GOGO, wham
Hammy Time, you can't touch this. (not quite correct but hey ho made myself laugh)
I go driving in my car

And then it kinda dried up, but I am sure there is plenty more to be had.

If you want to have a moan, judge someone elses lifestyle or argue the toss as to whether eBay is the devil's work or not, then that's fine; but go do it somewhere else. This thread was setup for one purpose, and a lot of good has come of it to date, but it is quickly going down hill.

That somewhere else on mse is Discussion time btw ;)

I agree, there seems to be a lot of nasty comments these last few days which is neither helpful nor pleasant. Please can everyone just agree to disagree :)

Well said someone was quite rude to me yesterday and it really put me about. I aways said I would never be one of those Mums that started fighting over the latest toy!! Whos up for some pushing and shoving!!!!!! lol.

  • I've hopefully got my ball arriving today! ;)
I hope it's worth it - it looks like one of the best hammy accessories - I'm looking forward to trying it out!

I haven't opened the box yet as I only narrowly missed DD seeing it.....did seem to be an odd-shaped box for a ball though, I'm presuming the ball isn't put together at the moment otherwise I've got a squashed one!

I got a list of recent places that Character supplied large orders to.

They are the usual suspects, but there are a couple of places (High St) that I don't recall mentioned :

    TJ Hughes and
Alworths (NOT Woolworths - Company Opening/Opened a few stores in old Woolworths premises)

Edit: Actually, I don't know for sure that Alworths has nothing to do with Online Woolworths, but I believe that they are different as Woolworths is now part of the Shopping Direct group with various catalogue companies.
