We gave them to our daughters for their birthday, and one immediately broke, you can hear the motor screaming inside it, but the wheels don't turn. I just called Geoffs toys and they said they would not take over the phone orders but would hold them so no good for me as I'm in Kent but anyone nearby definatley phone up and get them to hang on to it for you!!:D0

If you've had a dispatch email you should be fine, my order arrived from Mail Order Express a few hours ago, all present and accounted for.
Yes, last time I used mail order (was around this time last year) they dispatched my order via Citilink and because I work all day the courier wouldn't leave it in a safe place/or deliver to another address - I had to keep contacting mail order to get them to change the delivery address - anyway didn't work and after a few week's Citilink returned the order to sender and then it took ages for Mail Order to refund.
