Really they shouldn't be selling the items until they have them on their premises, it would save them and us a lot of time and stress. I wouldn't dream of selling something on Ebay that I didn't have or was expecting to come in, I'd wait until I actually had it in my hands.

Hopefully these companies will learn for next Christmas.

I really dont understand the likes of play and blah..... why bother?! all it is doing is getting parents hopes up and then dashing them.

Play is fine for most things, but I dont think I could bring myself to order go go things from them.... they seem too unreliable.

What annoys me is that the website said they had stock and would be delivered in 24 hours? I understand what a previosu posterput about them taking more than they have to put people on back order but then surely some people would have had them??!! Especially those on back order last time.

I know what you are saying but you have to take a chance! Not relying on it now though. I have used them many times over the years and have never had a problem with anything before

i just looked! wish i had bought it back in september when i bought the rocket, sub thingy and the set with the hamburger car but it said back orders til november, and at the time that seemed a life time away :rotfl:

I order loads from them, have had all sorts this christmas from them, lego, cd's games, books, doll, all sorts of various things, never had a problem. until this.
