T-Mobile Live Chat Lies!!

Anyone here used the live chat system on the T-Mobile website? quite handy eh!
...not so much when they promise you discounts they arent allowed to offer & there is nothing you can do about it!
They dont record the conversations!
I was promised £50 high street vouchers & a 10% discount on my first bill on top of the 10% online discount only to be told no notes or discounts were applied to my account & they couldnt find the person ("Juliet") that i spoke to and they dont record the conversations! Helpful eh!
Worse still, they wouldnt fix it because the "Recommend a friend" program giving the £50 vouchers wasnt available on phones bought online!
so lets see....
A representative lied to get my sale
A manager wont accept the deal made by the representative
They offered a pitiful £25 compensation and none of the discounts above.
...i even had proof in a partial screenshot but that wasnt enough...(and i dont think i can post the picture here)

Hey.
It was almost exactly a month ago the contract was taken out.
The screenshot is sort of mid conversation but it shows the offer of all the discounts by the agent and i mention that my father has T mobile so she says..."Great, i can offer that to you now!"
I told this to the manager at T-Mobile's CS Dept but she says "That could mean - call now or go to the shop now":mad::mad:
Which is nonsense but she wasnt for budging!
I actually wrote it all down & emailed what i thought to be their CEO's email address. It was a bit of a guess though. -
