Problems with Samsung S400i and O2
Hi
I bought a Samsung S400i from an O2 shop today on pay as you go.
I seem unable to read text messages. All the text's say "Incompatible message format".
Could anyone shed any light on this problem or does this happen to you as well?
I plan to phone Samsung customer service tomorrow and ask them whay it happend and if they can't help me i'll go back tot he O2 shop where i bought it from.
Out of interest where do i stand if they can't solve the problem can i get a refund or exchange??
