The one direct from Dell would be better value. Not least because it comes with a monitor and a DVD/CD combo drive. As mentioned above though, neither will be great for games without a new graphics card. You should be able to pick a half decent one up for about £50ish0

The biggest problem for us is having to get it on finance as we haven't got the cash available.
Thanks for all your help. We were thinking of buying the one from dell and flogging the monitor (because we have a 19" one already) then we could afford to upgrade the graphics card.
What graphics card would be best?
