Is this a good deal?

Is this a good deal for the price.

http://www.europc.co.uk/pages/ProductDetail.aspx?PID=63938

The computer will be used for:

Online games
Watching music videos and films
Listening to music
Surfing the net

General stuff like that but the main thing is that when things get watched on the pc we have at the mo the graphics freeze and the sound carries on so we don't want that to happen. Also we want to be able to listen to music and surf net at the same time without the music going all funny. (we own a very old computer ;))

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks Carrie.

Edit: Just found this one, which is better value?

But taking off the 3 year warranty takes it down to £298.99

Yeah, i looked on there earlier because of the post of the grabbit board, the only problem is that we would require finance and these don't offer it.

Not sure to be honest with you but doesn't seem that great of a deal giving its specs. Have you looked at https://www.dabs.com ?

    Also look here:

    Hope this helps.

You will not have any trouble with either of those machines in terms of general performance and movie/music playback issues.

However, if you are really interested in games (you stated online games) these machines will not be up to playing the latest titles without some form of upgrading.
