Have you phoned them? You could always ask for feedback if you didn't get it - might be useful in future.

    Good luck with the search!

It gets you in their mind. It creates the impression that you tidy up loose ends/attend to details and are proactive.

I've known people get "asked to apply" for positions because of this sort of thing.

I've been here for 3 years and have never been late or not paid, surely I've paid enough of his mortgage :)

CAFGirl, as a landlady myself (but minus the slippers and curlers!!!!!) I'd say let him know asap - when my tenants have had problems I've always been cool if they told me straight away rather than just avoid me:mad: .

Hope all goes well Thursday x

    Hey Purple!

Thanks too Ali, I think I'll go and see him fairly soon, I should imagine he will be fine.

On the most negative note of today, somehow I have managed to incur £115 in charges from the bank! So thanks very much Orange! Grrrrrrrrrr I am so angry with myself!

I'm, struggling with how I'm going to do this, I'm starting to worry now about money and I really dont know what I'm going to do to survive the next couple of months!

Did you complain to your bank about Orange/the direct debit guarantee? Also, you can phone your bank and say you will be reclaiming the charges, and which way do they want - the hard or the easy?

Did the whole complaint thing and they just basically pass the buck backwards and forwards, saying its the others fault!

I more angry at myself I guess, I've got all the will in the world and really want to do this for myself and for my future and something just seems to be tripping me up each and every month!

As for the SOA, I need to get some info.................
Updated for your enjoyment ZTD! :)

OK here we go, this is what I'm paying out per month

Rent : £275 soon to go up to £300 (probably next month)
    Council Tax : £41.50
    Utilities : £50
    Phone/Broadband : £35
    Mobile : on avg £50
    Sky : £7
    Credit Card 1 : £30
    Credit Card 2 : £30
    Loan : £134
    Staff Card : £10
    Dorothy Perkins Card : £20
Food : £100 (this includes toilettries and cleaning stuff)
    So thats £782.50
And then in reality the rest of it just gets spent! on having cash, takeaways and the odd magazine.
So I earn £880 per month on avg
    I owe
£3862 Loan to Abbey apr is 16.9
    £1300 Credit Card 1 apr is 18.9
£1000 Credit Card 2 apr is 4.95 LOB, limit is £1200
£230 Staff Card apr is 29.9 (Thanks Debenhams!)
£600 Dorothy Perkins apr is 18.9 limit is £850

So thats actually £6992, but my signature only gives the top 3, to make me feel better :)

    It almosts makes me cry............
I've probably done it all wrong but this is what I can work out from my statement for the past two months
