    You have still not said if you received any of the documents I mentioned.

    If you did not receive the 'Notices to Owner' then you can make an Out of Time Statutory Declaration.

    Contact Northampton TEC for the correct forms.

    An accepted Stat Dec returns the matter to NtO stage -- and suspends bailiff action.

    You then have the task of recovering sums paid so far to the bailiff.
