Carphonewarehouse Price Match Query "PAPER WORK"

Hello Everybody , i have a query
All those people who have got a price match from carphoneware house ..
what sort of paper work did you all receive ..to be more precise i received my phone and the paper that i received from carphonewarehouse just stated "pricematch 12m free" on the recipt thats it . There was no details of my priceplan and no cashback vouchers or when to send the bills , so i called the person who did my price match and she advised me that they dont send any paperwork .. but she said that she will send me the details in an email..i got the email but is it ok ..........
just want to know whether all the peeps who have had pricematch from cpw had the same case as mine

ok so that means they send any paper work to state the offer ..
but y not !! ????
