Please do a search for Tribunal Action and Fields Group Ltd you will see many complaints against them. I have setup a forum for victims of this company to share their experiences but I cant post it here so please PM me.

I hope my post is not deleted as spam because I am trying to highlight the link between Tribunal Action and the Fields Group of companies, they are all part of the same corporate structure which people might not be aware of, hence my post about Fields in this thread and in the quickie divorce thread - its the same company!
  • :mad:Do not use them.

I am in contact with the MSE team, presenting them with factual data from companies house so that I can back up my complaint with factual data. I was a bit hasty to post a diatribe against them but will be more careful because Fields Group are highly letigious.

But please do be careful, this is not just a matter of personal opinion. Many people have complained against this company, all you need do is Google their name to see these complaints. Use a professional legal firm not a bunch of (in my opinion, not that of the MSE directors) cowboys!

Yes I have heard of them, they are a bunch of tele sales people, they are kids, not trained, and they are not even British. You can tell this from the bad english when you try to talk to them.
I was supposed to have the de-lux package, but all I did was lose £247, as I never heard from them again.
Don't throw your money away steer clear of this rackit folks!!

I have lost £247, they took the money, but their incompetent staff could not even file a claim at the tribunal on my behalf! I then asked for refund - they refused. I therefore asked them to prepare the documentation on my behalf if they did not wish to reimburse. They asked me to pay more so that a barrister could represent me at the ET. I have decided to file a case against them (irony, isn't it!) at the small courts but also trying to ascertain who is their local MP (they are in Wales) so that I could bring it to his/her attention. I also intend to inform the Ministry of Justice.

Its interesting that they charge £247, which is more or less the price Fields Group Ltd charge for other services e.g. hard drive data recovery which I paid them for. The exact same thing happened to me, they took my money then told me that they could not perform the service I paid for, waiving their T&C in my face (figuratiely). I think they have the impression that they can make any promise under the sun as long as they include "gotcha" clauses in their T&C.

Please do report this to Bridgend Trading Standards too and note that Action Direct UK Ltd are the registered company (owned by Fields Group) who operate the various Tribunal services websites, as well as the well known quickie-divorce.com.

I am trying to gather as many accounts of sharp practice perpetrated by the people behind this corporate group, who are behaving in the same way towards hapless victims of their other online paper-mill operations. I am cooperating with regulatory bodies and a legal firm in the gathering of this evidence, I wish I could publish more here but I would probably be censored.

Please do a search for data-recovery-blog dot com forum, you will see all the complaints against this company...
  • I used this service recently.Having been made redundant in April, I felt I had a case against my employer. Tribunal action were sympathetic, and made frequent contact in the initial stages. However, having paid for the deluxe package, since payment received to the company, it has been horrendous. To date nothing has happened with my claim. Their call centre is constantly busy, you go round in a loop. They have a 'chat' forum live on line. However, if you become insistent about what is happening with your case; they just log off. No one ever returns your calls. You may receive an email advising 'their legal team are reviewing', however, this is the only update you get. Total con/rip off. Don't use them. Tell others not to use them too. £300 lighter, in what is already a difficult time. They prey on people in an already emotional state. Parasites.

I am currently in the process of being stung by these swines who, as with the poster above, were OK initially but about as useful as a chocolate saucepan now. they assisted (after much cajoling) with the LBA and ET-1 form, but simply refuse to assist with the schedule of loss or help us ignorami (me and my mum, on whose behalf I am trying to take action) work out what to ask for by way of compensation.

having paid them £300 for the all singing all dancing package they seem to be doing diddly squat now. only now, 4 months after paying them the money, are they saying I have to sign a NWNF contract. having emailed them the respondent's ET-3 form, they are asking for hard copies to be posted as the adobe file is 'distorted' according to their legal client (a mythical entity IMHO).

I thought I had struck it lucky when assisted by Michelle Bevan, only to find out a few weeks later she had left the company (she must have been deemed TOO helpful by the management)! it would seem they have staff retention problems too; presumably the scrupulous ones leave after a while...

I actually don't think they would even field a lawyer if it went to tribunal. all I can pray for is the respondent agreeing to a settlement and, at this stage, as long as it covers my £300 outlay, neither me nor my mum care any more. this has been dragging on for months (I know the wheels of 'justice' turn slowly) but seems like years. I believe I have developed a few grey hairs during this whole process. I am pretty much at my wit's end now.

I have a few queries for my kind peers on this forum:

    1. if we get to tribunal and TA do provide a lawyer, if we lose, are we liable for the tribunal costs? if so , how much is this likely to amount to?

    2. would there be any cost to us if we simply withdrew from the whole debacle now e.g. liability for the respondent's pre-tribunal legal fees to date?

    3. what can we actually expect from ACAS as they seem to be taking a VERY hands off approach.

    4. I went into all this in the first place as I felt my mum had been horribly mistreated by her employer and I wanted some justice. now, the company who are supposed to be assisting me, are making life ten times more stressful and I feel like I need to sue them! has anyone had any success in getting their money back from TA? is anyone interested in taking a group action against them? I would like to see these charlatans pay for their deception.

    many thanks,

    adam

p.s. am happy to chat off forum if necessary...

    Advice;
I am / was in the middle of using the Tribunal Action company but after 6 weeks of frustrating emails from different staff with no legal knowledge, my continual requests to get someone to call me, which were ignored, constant generic responses where they say my legal consultant will call me, which never happenened and now a refusal of my email request to have a legal consultant's contact details, I have decided to resind their service for all the obvious reasons.
    They are a " Shower "
At a time when we are all very vulnerable, feeling already stressed with an employment problem and our confidence is waning, we need to place our trust in someone who will fight in our corner, this company advertise and promise the world and initially give you the answers you want to hear until they get their fee......then its all over rover !! :o
Once they have your precious money they send all the relevant information, but after that you are on your own and you need to follow up constanly and check their work. They did not add all my amendments to my paperwork and sent off letters to previous employers which were incorrect !!!
If they dont ignore your emails you will get ones which dont make sense and full of grammar errors signed with names I cannot pronounce.
Give this company a 10 mile wide berth, even through the web !!
You can go straight to the Employment Tribunal to get the correct forms and do it yourself.
If you have been stung by them, keep ALL emails, record any and all verbal correspondence with them, make your own case and go straight to the small claims court, and dont stop for a cuppa.
It will be easier and less stressful and you will get your money back if you can prove they are not supplying the service you paid for. I am.:T
I am renaming this company " Sheriff of Nottingham Services"......specialising in legalised extortion !!!! ..they rob from the poor and give to the rich !

They are enjoying £300.00 of my hard earned money at present !!

Good luck and take care out there. :)
