:ohi all.
i got a letter out of the blue it didn't have my name on it just said to the owner and my address so i opened it wish i had not.
It was from debt comp so i gave them a call thay told me i still owe £12000.00 on a £3500.00 that i got just over 5 years ago.
I told them i had payed it off they told me to prove it told them i dont think i still have the paper work now as i had moved 3 times sins then.

I explained to the man that i had payed it off bout a year after i took it out as i didn't like the interest rate then said they would send sum1 to my place of work to pick up the next payment then 4 weeks later they would send sum1 to my home to get the balance.

the man came to my work got a recpit for it then 4 weeks latter they rang and ask to pick up the balence no prob thear got a recpit not heard from them agane till now.

sins then i got a loan from the Abbey they did all the credit cheks no probs no outstanding credit then 6 months ago i got a morg with the Abbey same agane they did all the credit cheks no outstanding cred

now i got this letter sins i got the 1st letter they sent 2 more.
2nd..letter.... it said they would exsept £6500.00 rang them up to ask why they now say to pay £6500.00 told that will clear it said i had payed this

i told them i didnt have the agemet now and could they send it with all the payments i had made to date i not got a thing

3rd..letter....in it it says thay are going to send sum1 round to take things out of the house

Are you trying to build up thread and post count?

Why not just edit your first post to add to it? It's a lot simpler.

Try posting your question in the motoring board - I think it's the correct one, but in any case it's "more correct" than this one.
